Dr. Milstein earned a medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed an internship at the Medical College of Wisconsin and residency training in radiology at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Milstein completed a fellowship in cross-sectional imaging at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. He is board-certified in radiology and his medical areas of interest include body and breast imaging.

During his personal time, Dr. Milstein enjoys maintaining physical fitness (swimming, biking, basketball and running), the fine arts in Eugene (opera and theater) and supporting the Oregon Ducks as well as the colleges his kids attend.
