How to Refill Your Prescription
We are experiencing a high volume of calls and longer than normal wait times for appointments and prescription refills. All pharmacies are experiencing delays but we have some tips to possibly expedite your refill process:
Please call your pharmacy directly to refill any prescription.
Remind yourself or family member to keep a watchful eye on your prescriptions. Don’t wait until you’re nearly or completely out to call for a refill.
If you have question about your prescription refill or need to ask your care team a question about your prescription, you can do so through MyChart, our patient portal. If you haven’t signed up for MyChart yet you can do so here.
If you have called us and are waiting for a return call, please be patient. Please do not call us back as more calls lead to longer queues, which lead to longer call back times.
